For Investors Reticle is seeking investors with the resources, the project opportunities, the management acumen, the implementation skill, and the desire to have a success. A linchpin of Reticle’s strategy is to develop commercial configurations that are marketable worldwide using customer funding and to use those successful commercial configurations to solicit a third party manufacturing and distribution company.
